After almost three years of building...3D scanning, 3D printing 27 separate pieces to make the molds, making the molds, laying up and joining the hull and deck, the list goes on and on. With a little luck and perseverance all went well...until about 2 weeks ago.
The entry hatch and doors kicked my ass but good...
After about eight attempts and major aggravation I think I pulled it off. I went through about 30 bucks worth of 1/16" smoked acrylic sheet until I got the hang of heating the stuff...not too hot just enough to get it to bend.
Next I have to fabricate some seats...
