Oouch nothing worse than losing a boat on it maiden : ( I am surprised it sank as mine has plenty of polystyrene foam stuck in the hull...... I guess that this pond must have a few boats sitting at the bottom.....

I also have the Aquacraft Harbour tug and it almost unsinkable. In fact it is more fun to play with some wind and waves. Your friend mught be interested.

I may buy a 35'' fisherman boat hull from a shop if the supplier is willing to make one. Fingers crossed

Can it carry 12v 12ah battery?

Not sure and the hull opening is not that big. However with lipo batteries it runs forever. I have never been able to finish a lipo battery yet......... Plus those lipos can be hooked in parallel to double the run times.

The tug is my boat for all weather and a favourite......

I dont like using lipo batteries
I prefer using gelcell only

12 volt motorcycle battery fits perfect! will run all day no problems. got one in mine.

The rest will be sent to don when its done
Also he is going to help me with running gears etc.
Since im new to scale boats
Im going to get everything I needed from don
Except for the remote
Much easier for me to deal with just one company :D
