    new tug thread

well i was able to pick up a new tug.. dont mind the orange cab.. that will change. i put the riggers through the boat and for those with a good eye, started to install the sv27 prop and shaft. Also this time around im installing actual water cooling. hard to see it but the outlet is instaled.. and the inlet is below that almost to the bottom of the hull. also adding a plaining surface to out rigers. Its going to be right this time around.

Im going to finish paint this weekend and will post more progress

we have a TUG competition at my scale club.
they always make fun of me for my quick 5 min run times.
so i am going to make fun of them. out tub competition we have to push barges.
so i got a toy tug like for a kid that is red blue and yellow and i have twin 14 XL's with two asapods Turing custom 6 inch props. i am running the motor off of 2s lipo.
so far when hooked up i can throw the barge around like its a tiny log and the barge weights 250 lbs.
i think once i learn to drive it they will all be shaking in there hushpuppies!
