The latest Swordfish firmware should fix the Spektrum issue.

Dang I have to pick up a new PC/laptop over the season. I do run Speky and have only used the ol' program box on ESC.
I'll try the strut down a mm or two Joel, next run.

        Hey Shawn,
How cold was it out there that day ?
Looks like it is airing out a lot better with that prop,
Any idea of what speeds you are getting yet on 4s ?

No idea yet Len, I sooo need to get another PC/laptop so I can play with the other gadgets. Especially the EagleTree. Then I can start moving up.

Well went out again today. Tried strut down a tad like Rocstar suggested. Got some weird prop lift in the corners though so in the second run I tweaked it a bit positive. Then third run I raised it back up a bit more.

            More to come guys.

Very hard to tell in that last vid how it is ridding,
But it looks like it has a little more speed and still is air out pretty good.
Are the trim tabs still up and out of the setup ?

Still no tabs Len. Yay. I tried so hard on the 35 DF to not use them but had to. I have hope for this one. The latter part of the last vid that hasn't been posted yet I adjust my trim to 111% and I think I had a bit of an increase there as well.
I am pretty happy with the progression. 447 next perhaps or maybe a 445/3

Try the x445/3 than do the x447,
Let me know what you think with the three blade test.

I still need to try mine with the stinger down a hair more,
And my tabs could come up a hair to and let it ride a little bit looser than it is now.
I was just not sure how it was going to handle the 6s testing at the time,
So I was playing it a little safe for moment instead of have any blow overs with it.

She looks to be running pretty good, might I suggest moving the batteries forward about and inch or so and see if that doesn't resolve the bouncing. This is what I got from the Dec. 22nd video, also she appears to be running around the 40 mph mark.
How brave are you? I first found out how fast my boat was going via a gps speedo app on my dumb ass smart phone. It was free and pretty accurate. I simply put my phone in a freezer ziplock bag, I think it was quart size. Then strapped it inside to boat to get a max speed. Just an idea to see where your are speed wise.
On the video from today, what prop were you running? And are you still running 4s? I jumped from 41.5mph on 4s to 47.5 on 5s with the same setup.

                      Keep up the good work.

Definitely the m545 is the best so far. The 445/3 might be a little better, but I think it would need to be a detongued version.

First vids were the 4512/2 then went to the M545. I'll try the CG a bit next time. I am trying to stick to one change at a time.

Hey, anyone notice how quick 6" of snow can leave this place? Vancouver that is,still amazes me.

Ok, good to know. Smart move on changing one thing at a time, things can go awry very fast making too many changes.

Now that you mentioned it I did notice the snow was gone.
