    Bugger off, Richie.
    The shed is a true Australian relic, a work of art from history.
    The rusted corrugated iron roof & walls, the rotted hardwood support beams....
    Including a pair 1950's dated kids' handprint floor imprints at the front door ... !

    Memorabilia like this is hard to duplicate, mate !

          Precursory national trust listing, Richie,.. thus no building improvements allowed.. !
          Sheds : It's not what they look like, it's what comes out of it !.
          The jet boat in mine ( under cover in pic) hasnt seen daylight in 4? years !
          Last time it barked was predawn a couple years back.
          The neighbors alongside this place had a non stop celebration of loud music, yelling, cheering,boozing, whistling etc etc.
          Police arrived around 0430 Sunday morning 16Hrs after get go to demand silence, ( or else ! )
          So I decided it was good day to dust the jetboat.. we're able to run up a boat's motor here before a day's outing.. to make sure all's well.
          I fired her up just as the shadows of dawn appeared on the ground... a little clogged after 2 yrs no running, I cleared her throat a couple times before she roared into the still morning air.
          I could hear my shed rattling in harmony .
          The noise was fairly contained between my driveway and the neighbors' back yard, now filled with startled sluggish drunks.
          "Sorry fellas, I think she needs a service !" .. and rolled her back away.
          Never seen or heard those neighbors since, though I do see their sporty riceburner cars parked 4 deep quite often.

                  Nice, not many r/c drag boaters out there. I have a couple of Drag Boats in the 1/10 size, 6s, 80mph, but have not seen one this big, really cool. But, are you really taking your 12S Top Fuel Hydro around the oval course?, man thats just not right.

                    The only rc boat club in this state (petrol dominated club) has no water suitable straight line.
                    The nearest affiliated straight line site is 500 miles away...
                    There are a few 'no petrol allowed' waterways here that are great for straight line test and tune fun.
                    The intent is a straightliner for local fun and interstate comp.. , with an option to oval with the slow stinky boats.

                        Thoughts on which is better ?
                        before, or behind props for the rudder blade ?
                        Have optioned for either.

                        ===8 prop
                        ====o-- rudder
                        ===8 prop

                        or
                        ===8 prop
                        =o-- rudder
                        ===8 prop

                          I say prop before rudder!!! If ur going for scale it's Definently prop before rudder, if for performance then I'm not sure which one! Hahaha

                            In front of props makes more sense to me mate. no drag from propblast hitting rudder. Jay opened my eyes to this issue when i asked about using a strudder. And something about rudder not working as well in aerated water. Besides that.... Clean roosters would look heaps better I reckon.. :-)

                              Well, to me it looks like if you don't put the rudder behind the props, you're gonna limit the size of the props you use no?

                                for the roost, but steer performance ?

                                the full blade is before or after the props.. no chance of touch
