Still a newcomer in the RC Boating faction, although I have been running brushless RC Cars for quite sometime. I'm pretty handy in the workshop, but this boat building thing has me much more scared than building a truck/car. If i fail, it sinks. 
So, I'm looking to purchase a Micro Hull (BBY Scat Cat, MHZ Gecko, etc.), with at least the hull joined and everything. I'm wondering how hard it is to setup the hardware and all (Motor mount, servo mount, turn fins, strut, etc.). I have built a flex wire drive already, but I'm not too keen on drilling holes in a fresh boat.
Any help would be appreciated.
For those who may ask, I will be running a Neu 1105/3y, Quark 33Pro Universal, 7xIB1400, and a no name brand micro servo.
