Yeah, but I can push 5000 watts and keep things cool.

I'd only need enough bottled to cover my lake. The bears will be happier too!!!

Hey! What you doing' showing off with those props. I bet those are mine and they sent to you, have a closer look at them, I bet they have my name on them. By the way had the boat by the lake all taped up, gave it one pull on trigger just to check if motors turn, snapped the flex wire.....damn. Was so looking forward to that one. Had the new 1816/3 just installed. Just my luck
              Typical.....

Had you removed and cleaned them after last run?Somebody on here said to me that they only reloaded grease via the front by coupler while the motor was spinning.
I tried this for a while on one and the shaft did not look trustworthy after a few weeks.

The thing is.....it snapped right after the motor collett, not inside the shaft. I still like my way of greasing the shafts. The idea of removing after each run is no go for me. The thought of it makes me shake. I think the reason it snapped is because there was very little space between the brass tube a motor collett because of the flex safety. I'll fix that part and see how we go. Anyway had to remove the old flex cable from the drive/prop shaft. Just used a small torch to heat it up and the loctite let go. Now I just want my props. " the ones the accidently sent to you"

Anyway....did your shaft snap? The one you didn't remove?

Yes,I've lost a couple of props in the lake. That was my MG when I first was getting the little bugger rippin.I also snapped one just before the prop shaft on the Shocker.Thankfully everthing stayed in the stinger.Actually what a pain to get out. That time there must not have been enough space for wind up.

Geez your props need alot of work to make them purfect!!

So instead Kent played submarine with my little rescue boat !
It's okay.. all's well that mends well, hey !

I do believe your flex break is an algorithm of alignment and gap between collet and shaft saver. ( 8?mm is too small ! )

Funny enough, they kinda balance but definetly not sharp. There is still some black sod or what ever left from the casting. Other than that they look polished. Nice prop by the way

That stainless is alot harder to file/sand.Mine had the trailing edge cut nice though. The prop box loads up pretty quick with twins.
