wingrush conversion

i bought a wingrush ebay boat (similar to a high wind) of a freind for very cheap since it didn't work because the mototrs were rusted. I pulled everything out of it and not want to make it go faster (a lot faster)
things to do.
1. single shaft
2.plan weight distribution
3.get a new rudder
4.get 80 amp speed controller
5.get Fiegao 8S motor
6.get x430 prop
