3 way splitter made to connect all 3 ESCs.

Side reliefs cut into the sides to match the Donzi 38 ZF.

Templates glued to the floor to support the vertical walls.

      Additional support.

To make the tight compound curves. I took some of the 3/16 balsa im using for the vertical sides
and cut it into 1/8" strips. Lined them all back up and taped them together to make a very flexible
structure to make the tight curves.

        Taped on the back.

        Curves installed.

The gaps in the curves will be filled in with either wood filler or bondo and sanded smooth.

Some finish sanding and rounding of all corners will be done later on.
Next is finishing the Gunnels, and then back to the console and then
going to try brazzing up the T-Top supports with a solid top.
            More to come soon.

two servos controlling three outboards? is the center one just liked to the outer two which are attached to servos?
I like the clean look of the tubes going through the hull

I plan on connecting both servos to the center motor. One off of each end of the motor arm.
Then i will make some tie-bars to connect the outter motors to the center motor.
Im going to remake the servo tray out of something stronger than the balsa i have it made out of now.
                It was just for mochup.
                Hope it works.

I wish i had more to post but shortly after i made my last post, i lost interest in the project. Started working on a couple planes and my full size boats.
Its still sitting right above my TV so i look at it everyday. Hope to get back on it soon.
We have had a very mild winter down here so ive been out and about a lot, fishing and flying rc planes.
                          Ill finish it, i promise.

When you get your interest back ask a couple of the more experienced builders here about running Brushless motors at half speed. You have done an outstanding job on this and I would hate to see your electrics go poof and burn this pretty baby down!

Seems to me that i remember reading that at half throttle there is a tremendous about heat build up but not sure!
We did it with a Bang!
