I need to get the Genesis out and try some top speed runs. Anyone want to recommend a prop size for 6s2p 20c 8000mah 1527 1.5d 1500kv ? I've been running the m445 with speeds in the upper 50's/low 60's depending on the day. I don't have an amp reading on it, but it comes in cool after about 6 minutes.

i think you have to much Lipo weight in the boat.Reduce the weight and put only 6s1p Turnigy 40 c in the boat or better the new turnigy 5000 45c nano power and a octuta x447

Excellent. That would certainly reduce the weight. Looks like more amps too.
6s2p 4k 20c = 160 amps, 6s1p 5k 40c = 200 amps

This twin setup should hot enough for the GENESIS

yesterday i bet the 80mph with my genesis.
Mounted was special props
Diameter 50mm 2 Blades (we call it rabbit ears)

New Topspeed is 83,26 mph


The small scorpion 3026 and the Turnigy 80 amps HV had no problems.
