For cutting pics down I open them in Paint, click along the top on "image" then click "stretch scew" then resize them smaller by reducing the percentage in the two boxes.
My first thought of speed would be, is there any real confirnation of the stock twin set up doing 60mph (100kph)???? Other than , "the website says so." And it says "best speed" so I wouldnt base anything on that unless someone chimes in w/ proven results. HOWEVER, your should be going much better than walking speed.
Yes, we need pics, inside, outside, strut angles, etx etc. to help you out. And unless I missed something somewhere else, what 380Ls are you running?Comment

Ok, So I just got back from the lake and I am NOT HAPPY!!!!!
Ok... Twin 380L's running on 3s LiPo's through seaking 70amp ESC's and using PropShop 1435/3 prop's.... It's so slow I think I could walk quicker!!!! The COG is at 220mm behind the transoms and the all up weight is just about 2.5Kg I think...???? the factory kit should do 100Kmh http://www.tflhobby.com/prd/EP/1/1_en.htm
My prop's are nice and low i.e. bottom of the hub is level with the bottom of the hull...
Please help if you can???? I'm getting short on hair now!!!!!Comment

Just making sure before I gave you mis information. Not that it shouldnt be pushing it better than it is.. but that is a moderately high lift prop for hydros and deep vs. Possibly change props? X or M seriesComment
