I'm building a 32" Wild Thing mono out of 3mm ply and am at the point of ordering a motor and hardware for it but unsure if I'm heading in the right direction. It's going to be used purely for fun and as such ultimate performance is not a requirement. Fairly nippy would be fine.
This, I'm afraid, is as far as I have got so far...
Motor : Brushless, but other than that I've no idea.
Cells : 3S1P or 3S2P lipo (looking for duration rather than ultimate performance)
Driveline : 0.130 or 0.150 flex shaft with 3/16" propshaft
Prop : Yup, I think I'll need one
This is only my second build (the first never got wet......don't ask!) so treat me gently guys.
