It all depends what you want me to do. Most start at $400. bare bones CF and go up from there.

Why the cooling? Is there so much friction that the shaft overheats and melts the epoxy? What's the RPM?

Non Teflon setup a little over kill to keep the epoxy cool and hard. Epoxy softens at 180 degrees the stuffing tube will move then and cause more friction. It keeps the shaft in the correct place at 45k to 55k rpm. Mostly this is used for 1/4 flex shafts and high reving 3/16 shafts.

Little up date on the boat. I am in the process of re tooling the deck mold to have the drop down included on the mold and clean up a little.

                            O i understand totally.

I have been thinking about trying a rigger. i have not owned one yet. could you just do the hull and sponsons in carbon, and i'll do the rest? basically supply me with the three major pieces. I imagine this can be wet sanded and buffed out if i wanted just a carbon look? thinking about a 26"(ish) version.....pm me a price if you dont mind.

This one is a 30 to 34/37 inch size, there is a smaller 26 inch size I do.

                                This is the 34 oval.
