Ha! I was wondering how long that would take... :-)
I placed a piece of GF under the air duct to close it off....

    Thanks by the way! :-)

I' ve sand the air intakes before glue them, it will be ok for paint and I build a small air intake on the front of the hatch

          Exhaust or not

What do you think about Dave Marles job on Octura props?
The price is cheap for an Octura BALANCED and SHARPENED propeller Here' s the link

          Thanks

Hello guys, how can I do to build exhaust outputs, one on each side like Maritimo style ? That will be the last upgrade before paint, thanks

Finally I won' t use Graupner adapter,

The stock HOTR with Thrust Bearing and 4mm to 3/16" Prop adapter. Propeller is an Octura X442

I' ve got the carbon layer 200g/m2 Hexcel sergé, I will reinforce the bottom of the hull.
Sides are reinforced with fiberglass 44g/m2, lighter than carbon and less problems with Spektrum 2.4 GHz

Hello guys, I hope you can help me.
I want to have a few props to make tests, now I' ve got X442, X642, 1742/3. What do you think about Prather 220, Octura X437/3 and GrimRacer 40x52/3?
My setup is 6S and 1510 kV brushless motor
An other propeller looks interesting, Octura 1.6/3 Diam. 40,6mm Pitch 73.2mm
                        Thanks

I love the carbon but I'm not brave enough to give it a go!
Just think that if it's in there, it has to look perfect!????

Prather 220 would be good but dont waste your time with the x437/3 its too small in my opinion.

if you lightly mist a composite fabric with 3M Super 77 spray adhesive, you can put a layer of waxed paper over the fabric. This will keep the fibers aligned and make it much easier to handle.

Applying epoxy to the surface of the part and then laying the fabric over the epoxy will release the 3M 77 from the fabric with almost no effort at all. It literally falls off.
