yup you and tth are very correct....I was trying to see it from the side and couldnt tell...but looking at it from the tob or bottom I can see that the port side is thinner.....any suggestions on how to fix this?

Have someone at a machine shop mill it to the same thickness. If you will run twins make sure they match.

What are you going to power this hull with?

Twin Feigao 7xl,Hydra 240's, on 4s. One day will get some Neu 1512 or 1515 in her but Feigao is the choice for now.

If im not wrong i think the ekos hull painted and stickered is only 134.00

Just me maybe but I prefer to do my own schemes. I know that Scotty makes top notch hulls. Very good workmanship.

Sorry for being away everyone. Just crazy busy with work, the shop and my son's hockey team (coaching)

Not the best of updates, but an update. Half-way done with the initial build is the news. Taking a lot more time....I know. I cannot sleep at night thinking about this hull and overall project, so wired over it.

To boot my nerves are fried. Bank issues over the past 2 weeks with the wire transfer, ughh! Finally sorted out today after more FEES!!! Water under the bridge I guess.

tth: The rough one will be mine for the shop piece. I am way into it for $ as the first prototype.

I cannot wait for these hulls to be done! This is going to be my first boat build, and I'm losing sleep at night thinking about it. Haven't figured out what kind of motor to go with yet. Probably going to run 4S in it, but want the option to use 6S also. Any of you gurus have any suggestions?
