Paddy, you are correct, I never pilot my boats without at least a bottle of you know what but I am disapointed when I open the hatch and found out from my gps system that the maximum speed was 5 mph. I may have to buy a Scottish gps system that will reveal my true boating attributes. I believe that Lagavlin make a very NEAT system.

Nah, we kid Douggie a lot but he is a thread treasure and we all love him. I even named one of my boats after him and there is no higher honour in Tasmania than that.

that would be more like a 50-foot range human cannon, hook it to some maxamps packs that can "deliver" 950Amps in a 2p setup and you'd have quick-fried bacon!
just thought of this, do the people running 50V+ setups have to wear rubber gloves so the don't get shocker by the connectors? it's 50V before it can go through humans or is it 100?
