Hi,
The stepper motors will be controlled with an s7 1200. I haven't picked a specific motor yet, but it will probably be a Nema 34 (https://www.oyostepper.com/category-...per-Motor.html).
My question is actually quite simple and is about the motor driver.
I have looked at various drivers and their main power supply is sometimes between 24-48 V (my PLC supplies it.
Only the pulse signal inputs, i.e. left, right, one more step forward, etc., are always 5V.
Do you know if there is a driver that I can connect my PTO output directly to the driver, or do I always have to step down the voltage from 24V to 5V when using a PLC?
