I contacted them because I needed a copy of my 2004 taxes. I was told They did not have a copy of them and I had to file. did not have complete documentation, and the taxes I know I filed where stored electronically, and had crashed and where lost
SO I filed from what I can remember, and sent them some money 400.00 range. Well low and behold I get a letter today that states that I have conflicting filing for the 2004 calendar year, and they are holding my 400.00 till they hear from me.
In other words they had my 2004 taxes already but where to lazy too go look and now after I refile they mysteriously turn up...................Ive been on hold now with them for 44 minutes and 33 seconds....................swan lake gets old
