Or, in the case of these French police, have no choice but to just run away.

I unwittingly watched a raw footage of how a wounded policeman lying face down on the side walk was shot on the head (?) by the bad guy, it was the most cold blooded inhumane thing that I have ever seen, but then, he was a terrorist.
I understood that this newspaper was under police protection for sometime, but why are the law officers so lightly armed? If not armed at all???
If the bad guys have guns, then the good guys must have bigger guns---that is the way I see it.Too many boats, not enough time...

I do not condone murder in any circumstance, ever. I am a passivist. If scientists could determine a fetus had a gene that another scientist determined to be a 'terrorist' gene we should abort all these unborn to prevent terrorsim?
20 years ago the same crimes but, not called terrorism by the media, were handled far differently than today. Even watching police videos from 1995 where a crazed driver endangers many people, is finally taken down, alive, in cuffs to serve most likely a life sentance, wher as today that perp usually gets gunned down by a LEO. If crime is down 25% in the last 30 years what has changed? I know, do you?
The blurr between a common criminal and what an actual terrorist is very disheartening. So fine is the line these days between calling a murderer a terrorist. It fits the agenda of a police state perfectly.
In Hamilton Ontario Canada it is now Illegal to go tobbaganing (sp) on most public hills and can carry a maximum of a $5000 fine.

Ok so how much does God love a terrorist? John 3:16. Sadly it is unlikely that these radicalised Muslims will accept the good news message. Their hearts are filled with hate and the fruit of that is murder, justified by a violent religion. But it is still certain that we will all stand before The Lord and give account for ourselves, and be judged each one of us. I think that even myself that I have to remember to pray for the peace of our Nations, rulers and those in authority. There is only one peace, one hope, and that is found in Jesus Christ alone. When I have to hide my verbal opposition to the status quo for fear of being called a domestic terrorist, even though I have done nothing wrong, there is a big problem. Being PC is what holds society back from fixing it's problems. These guys in France, except the one that turned himself in had a track record and were on a terrorist watch list. Why were they able to do what they did? The cartoonist that was murdered has been doing such cartoons for ages and now, some useful idiots create a domestic terorist scenario during a hot period of stories of terrorism, etc. Seems very timely to me but, that's just me. Clandestine ops have used useful idiots to further an agenda for hundreds of years and more.
The example of Hamilton and it's laws was merely an example of slow boiling a frog. Start it off small and incrementally remove rights from people a litle bit at a time. Soon maybe I will face a fine up to $5000 for having a different opinion to the status quo. This would make anyone with a different opinion a law breaker and maybe one day the law morfs into me being called a terrorist because of my political dissidence. This actually happens in some parts of the world. Would that be nice here?
You and I know very well that there were just as many Germans. Pols, etc in concentraton camps in WWII as Jewish people. If you didn't fit the mold, you got wisked away. What mold is the status quo creating today? Is it similar?
