Lol I've never heard of the stuff. Sounds good with the exception of the cheese curds.

I thought they only put vinegar on fries

Well I better toss mine in here, I am a Drywallogist, LOL. Drywall contractor, just a few employed but do everything from helping a sweet hippee school teacher transform a 1936 schoolhouse into a art studio/living space to monster, way too big to live in homes overlooking the city of Vancouver.

Self employed, summer masonry restoration - old churches, century homes etc. Actually a papered stone mason but not many people can afford that kind of work anymore.
Winter - commercial snow plowing, mainly the entire public school board but also a few banks and a couple malls.
Planning on retiring in about 5 years to go sailing for the rest of my life! Big world and I haven't seen enough of it.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

I have a small engineering workshop, doing almost anything in steel, welding , machining, fabrication and fixing all sorts of old crap, whatever comes in. Also do springs, mostly reseting vehicle leaf springs now as my furnace is no longer operational and I cannot heat treat spring steel anymore. Also make small wire coil springs, 0.5-12mm wire. After nearly three decades of hack and tack engineering I'm looking to get off the tools and learn some new things but.
