Have you blueprinted the sponsons yet? This will help a bit. If you also try to modify the transoms of the sponsons so they are closer to 90 degrees the water will not try to stick to the transom(s) as much.
Adding weight forward or pushing packs forward may also help.Nortavlag Bulc

Your fighting a losing battle. That hull packs a lot of air. Your going to spend lots of time tuning it. First thing I suggest is a method of recovery. Your going to have lots of blow overs with that hull. I recommend building yourself a recovery boat. Then, you need glue everything in place on the inside of that hull better. On about my 10th blowover it all came detached. I think it's held in with Elmers school glue lol. You cannot run into the wind..blow over city right there. Angle your prop down a touch at a time. You'll lose some speed for the same throttle input but it looks like to me your not giving it full throttle much anyway. What prop are you running? Mine liked an x642 and an m645.32" carbon rivercat single 4s 102mph, 27” mini Rivercat 92mph, kbb34 91mph, jessej micro cat(too fast) wasComment

what I'm getting at is, if the prop is too large and/or too depp, it can really dig in and want to make your boat a plane. There's a hole at the center of earth where the rest of the world sinks but i stand still...Comment

Raise the strut up to like 3/16 and try. You'll prolly gain speed and handling.
