Off topic-Looking for some European members help

I'm selling a full size boat and I've gotten 2 emails from the guy that runs this ATV/UTV business.

I'm pretty much chalking it up to SPAM, but I was easily able to find his shop website through his email address. So, now I'm only 99% sure it's SPAM.

It would cost more to ship my boat there than what it is worth, but I've heard of buyers in Europe and Australia doing this and I'm willing to have an email conversation with him about it.

Anyway, I guess I'm looking for some validity to this guys business operation. Anyone heard of it? Live by it? Have a friend/family member near there?

I'm hundreds of miles away from Austria here in England so I have not heard of it, but it has a picture of a bricks and mortar shop, a real postal address listed not a box and opening hours listed, It doesn't guarantee that it is for real, but I wouldn't expect to find any of those things on a fly by night internet trader.

What boat is it? If it is a common or garden thing over here it is doubtfull that he would want to ship it from the states, but if it is a jetboat they are not common here generically apart from the new scene of modern superjetskiboats, and especially if it is a rare one in the states it will be like hen's teeth in Europe and he may well be serious.

Also photos of the boat please, no reason, I'm just nosey and interested in boats.

OK thank you,could you please mail me your adress and phonenumber(the add is out of craigslist!),i would come between Oct.,13-14 to phoenix,Arizona,and would take a look at the boat,if everything is fine on the boat,I would buy it!I come from Dallas/Texas with my Pickup-truck for vacation,would pay in cash USD,and take boat and titles,than I go with it to some lakes in Arizona for having fun on the water,go to lake havasu,lake Mohave,lake mead!

And could you please inform me latest on oct.,09,if the boat is still for sale,that’s the last day I can check my emails!

Figured I would close out this thread by saying that this guy, along with 3 of his friends, showed up at my house today with cash. They are in the US for 2 weeks, bought my boat, 1 truck in Dallas, looking for another truck here in Az and a few Harleys, and have a cargo container (or 2) awaiting in Ca to ship this stuff back to Austria. They'll play around here, then head back home. Seemed unreal when he first emailed me, but not so. Glad I stuck with it.

A Few years ago I put my truck on Craigs list. Next morning a guy showed up with cash, put in a container with other stuff & off to Denmark. Who knew ?
