Steven, takes a long time to upload, to answer your question, the only thing that I was not familiar with was the first group of photos I posted, the ZTW ESC, I asked them if they sell them in the US, the man said ( to the best of my understanding, although I speak fluent Chinese) these are prototypes, so may be you know better than I do, are they new gadgets?
TenShock has a booth, I will post some pictures as I was interested in their ScordIV mono, this just came out for the FE Competition that took place in Belgium.
In terms of FE, I did not see anything new, the hulls are typical HK stuff, I was in Hong Kong prior to Shanghai and was not able to visit any DF retailer.
Now I am going to say this and I am not trying to score points in front of you: we are the luckiest bunch here in the US because of OSE! I can't imagine to have so many items available at our finger tips.

And I feel pretty lucky to have a guy like you taking the time to give us the scoop,

It tells me my file is wrong. But it went away after 30 min. or so. I didn't do anything different but still, mat be it is from my end?

The cutter is similar to one that graupner have had for ages. It is neat though, I always thought it was cool to be able to launch the small boat and drive that around the pond too. Great pics, rc stuff is awesome!

I thought that cutter looked familiar. I would have gotten the green rescue boat had it been in working order. On hindsight, there was another German boat worth picking. This Coast Guard Cutter is nice but the rails and ladders are a pain to glue back if you tear them by accident. The boat survived the air plane trip but not my shaky hands !

Thanks for the pictures of the Tenshock Scords, those are the first pictures I have seen of the hull bottoms, I was at the big race in Belgium and there were several Scords there but I think the 4 did not come out in time and they were Scord 3s, in the photos of the hull bottoms is the one on the left the Scord3 and the one on the right with the anti-dive step on the bow the scord4? The ones in Belgium did not have the bow step.

Yes, the wider one on the right ( it is not that much wider, the angle of the photo is misleading) with the anti-dive step is the Scord IV. I thought the IV made an appearance, but I may be wrong. The Essenz is another interesting hull, there are three sizes and I liked them all, but I hear they are not ready for production---the joining of the two halves of the hull has been an issue for the maker.
