The best thing to happen from this new administration is the rebirth of true conservatives who are no longer willing to be the silent majority... and are now speaking up.
I read alot of different sources and don't limit myself to just one side of the issue. Whether it be what I would like to hear or not.

As far as "the sky is falling?" Been hearing that, since I was a child, from guys with signs on their backs and megaphones in hand.

Evidently, for one reason or another, alot of people disagree with you and that is why "O" is in the White House.

Is he or his administration perfect? Far from it. But just as we gave his predecessor the benefit of a doubt, can we do that for him?

There are things that we don't know about that may affect the policies in washington.
For instance, were you aware of the McCarran-Ferguson Act?

Maybe if somebody would start a thread on "God bless Obama" the "Becksters" might hear something different? Not everyone is Pro Obama if they disagree with Beck.

You know, Glenn Beck goes after people for their past affiliations or errs in judgement.
Shouldn't he be held accountable to the standards he set?

If so, he's still a alcholic, liar and dirtbag.

I must say Glenn is entertainment. Even for those who poke fun at him.

Can someone please explain to me how going after one political party, attacking those that disagree with them, be "Fair and Balanced?"

It works for the KKK too.
I think part of not INCLUDING them in SOME press conferences has to do with accuracy of reporting.
But I was talking about a news organization.

                            On the Republicans:
I knew that. I also know that it was the Republicans who pushed civil rights in the '60's.

This is just one of the reasons I stay in the middle. Too many deceptions from both sides.

But I watch Glenn sometimes just to keep me centered. To me, he demonstrates how being too fanatical, one can come to some strange conclusions thru loose associations.

He may be right from time to time. But it's like this. If you throw enough crap on the wall, eventually some will stick.

Did you read the article? It does reference "sources" for it's reporting...This being one. http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2....php?ref=fpblg

The line between columnist and reporter has been blurred. http://www.bostonglobe.com/news/faqs/faq.aspx?id=6260

I look for information all over the internet. Not just one source. That way I avoid being biased to a certain view or opinion. Often times "Big name" media outlets cloud the facts or put their own views on issues. Smaller independent outlets aren't looking, in many cases, to generate big revenue or advertisement dollars. Often there is a story behind the story.
