All -

No water is flowing through the system. I have checked all the lines and made sure that there are not any kinks, improper bends etc...

I can blow through the line without issue.

Is the hole at the bottom of the rudder supposed to be plugged? That is the only thing I can think of. The hole in the mid section of the rudder is unobstructed and the hole in the rudder is not plugged.

Any advice is appreciated.

Check your motor coil, some of the holes may be plugged with flashing from molding.

There should not be a hole in the bottom of your rudder.
Water entering the slot in the side of the rudder must be forced up tube into the cooling system. If the vertical hole in the rudder has been drilled too deep and exited the bottom it can't work.
Plug up the hole with epoxy or J B Weld.

Can you post a picture of the rudder?

I epoxied the hole in the bottom of the rudder. We'll see how it runs tomorrow.

Thx

Hmmm. When I got mine there was a hole there as well, but since i use a seperate pickup it doesn't matter.
