So.
I am looking for the very best batteries for a Lehner 3080/7 in a 67" mono setup. Total weight of the boat without batteries is 8,5-9kg (18-19pounds)
I have not yet realy decided what to go for, 10S or 12S setup?
I want the boat to be able to go realy fast:w00t:
Any thoughts?
I have been considering 4 of these http://www.allerc.com/product_info.php?cPath=3_4_93&products_id=4562 2 pacs in series and two in paralell.
And for a 12S setup 4 of these when they are available http://www.allerc.com/product_info.php?cPath=3_4_93&products_id=4563
How do you connect the packs together for shortest possible wires and easiest way of removing them from the boat for charging?
I have a Hydra HV240 esc but I will probably buy the new Schulze fut-xxl-40.300wk.
So what do you guys think?
Is there better batteries available or should I wait a couple of months or longer to see what will be available?
Thanks
Anbjørn

Well it looks like money is not a concern for you so if you buy any lipo with "enerland" cells they are the best....and get the highest c rating possable

never had any experience with those Hyperian but the specs look real good do a search on them and find reviews

if you go enerland you are safe for sure

i just bought a set of the 35c 5500 3s packs last night, they are the same ones as NEU sell just packaged different, good spec cells.

I can say from experience that the Hyperion cells are awsome and worth every penny. I have had TP,FP, PolyRC and so far the new G3 Hyperion cells are the best I have tried.

That sounds promising. Then it is the matter of 10 or 12S.
I am leaning to wait for the 6S 5500mAh packs to be available.
What would the practical max amp draw from a 2p 2s setup be?
Any idea regarding props?
Thanks
