Like a submarine? Mine has always done that if not enough throttle is given. Let boat settle for a couple of seconds then gun it. My SHARP M440 gets on plane really quick..left side of hull will jump up and boat is out quickly.

I have had mine go under and then come back up - kinda like that new boat that Diego posted.
