i wasnt sure how to word this, but i have a new pc and it has windows vista. the program ( caslte creations) to hook up to the hydra series...wont install at all? im sure someone else has seen this as well ...?:confused:

You need to right click on it and run as administrator

No its saying theres a problem with windows package installer. Im not sure what ( adminisrator) is as it does not offer that as an option after a right click.. This program ran great on my old pc...i think windows vista is the problem?

There have been issues with the link software and vista. Have you downloaded the latest version here? http://www.castlecreations.com/downloads.html
If so, I would give Castle support a call.

ok yea i tried down loading the software from cc and it didnt help.. thanx guys!

I have it running successfully on vista64, you need administrator privileges to install
