DX3S Owners

I would really appreciate it if someone was able to take a high resolution photo of thier DX3S tememetry reciever (birds eye view). I damaged mine and can no longer read the details and would like to replace the tag with a printed version. I am able to resize and crop the image myself but am unable to find a suitable image online.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
