Brisbane fast electric thunder down under 2009

The Pine Rivers Model Powerboat Club (Queensland, Australia) are holding an FE event over the weekend of July 17-19

The course will be a 200m (1/8 mile) oval.

The venue is Lakeside Park, Lakeside Road, Kurwongbah. Any boaters in Aus, or potential boaters, are more than welcome to come along and join in the fun!

I didn't get many photos, but attached are a couple of Shane Deacon's very nice Phil Thomas hydros, and the start of the last EA Sport Hydro race - it was busy out there!
