Hi guys, I am about to start prepping my orange UL-1 for the real world water test. Plans are:
-Turn Fin reinforcement via epoxy injection or Darin's way.
-Larger fin mounting bracket from Kintec.
-Cooling jacket from OSE or Kintec.
-Plastic shear bolts for turn fin.
-Urethane expanding foam injection.
-Grimracer copper prop and bullet.

Total cost should be around $50-60

For those of you that have injected your hull with 2lb urethane expanding foam, has this solved the issue of stress cracks? I assume it would as the hull walls can no longer be flexed? Is the extra weight of the foam an issue or a benefit?

Please let us know how the long term results are?
