What design hull are you trying to go with?

I want a surfboard. But surfboards have no transom, making things more difficult when building a drive system. I'm trying to have a cantilever surf-board shaped deck over a fairly traditional deep v hull. The waterline should be right at the bottom of the deck. Thus making it look like a surfboard from the surface but run like a deep v.

I'm looking to make my own version of the impossible to find kyosho surfer.
