HI I did not know where to post this so if it needs to be moved to another place please do so.

Any how A guy PGR on RCGROUPS made this it's very nice it warns you as soon as your lipo starts puffing up when charging. I then made one for me but made it work a little better with a sliding rod for better safty and ease of set up.
Here is the guy's unit: http://pgrpages.com/rc/lipuff/

Here is what mine looks like.
I found a better way to improve the unit as I found with PGR's unit it is a awesome unit but I think it has one flaw ... A simple one that's very easy to fix.......The flaw being if the lipo battery starts puffing and you don't get to it in time to take it off charge on GPR's unit the conductor rod is held in place by a aligator clip so if the lipo puffs it may restrict it from expanding and may cause the lipo to fail before it's time....so I came up with this idea a simle and easy way to solve the problem.

See my unit same as PGR's but i made it so if the lipo starts expanding the condutor plate hit's the rod sounds off the buzzer but the rod will be able to slide up and down so no restrictions are holding the lipo back from expanding.

Shown in this photo is how it would act if a lipo puffed up...buzzer would still be buzzing but the unit wond put any pressure on the lipo restricting it from expanding wich may cause pre mature failure .
