what is the best prop for speed? and having a hard time putting a 6s 5200 mah in the battery tray any suggestions

Assuming you have 180A ESC's, 2000kV motors, and your batteries are up to it, the ABC 1715 is a fast prop for that boat. Fast props mean more stress on the electronics, shorter runs times, etc, so make sure your setup is well sorted before you start pushing the limits.
