These are scam/spambot accounts. There are multiple new ones joining and making chatbot replies in threads like this every day, and the giveaway is the tiny little external spam or malware links added to the replies just like you see at the end of the one in question here. The others are scammers just trying to look legit with a few non technical post before going after the WTB classifieds with a "friend" that just happens to have anything anyone is looking for
