FE racing get togethers in MA

I'm interested in hearing about any formal or informal FE events in the Massachusetts area. The nearest formal events I can find are put on at Skips Pond, Canton, NY by the SNYRCMBC. For me that's a 5 hour drive (plus lodging or camping). It's doable - but meeting up with some FE folks closer by would be great. Racing events or informal FE get togethers in the NE area seem to be few and far between. Thanks in advance for any input.
