after alot of research all i've done is confuse myself i think. I have a
wavechopper30 hull that i bought years ago. it is bare no stringers etc , i want to build it but never built before , i feel quite capable just want to make sure i do it right . i was thinking of using either a .21 or .32 o.s pullstart engine , either an inline strut/rudder (strudder) or a speedmaster stinger type strut , unsure ? can people offer up advise as to assist in my build ? and if anyone has any specific information on the wavechopper30 . pics would be appreciated . thanks

make it electric and you will get more information out of this community..... there are only a few guys on here that have nitro/gas boats....... the hardware is really at your desgression...... its more what you would prefer

yeah , i have/had many nitro trucks and cars (all kits)and an rtr boat which i have tweaked a little , not new to nitro , never built a boat and a little hesitant as i don't have on hand help , if i come into an issue , I love building ,but also dont want to drop $500 into a boat I'm not happy with , especially when I can grab a supervee27 nitro and upgrade as i go , still to decide , i only want the boat to take when i go wakeboarding

to be honest with you I don t know what type of water proffing you would use, I normally use min wax out door urethane but I dont know if its fuel proof. as I only run electrics. I sold all my nitro stuff as i got sick of cleaning up the nasty fuel residue from the models.
