All I can say is either Mr. Grim has incorporated a magic design element that keeps the boat from flipping over and laying there or you are the luckiest rc boat driver in the world! My SV would nave required 10 rescue boat trips to make that video.

I have to say that the UL always falls prop down... it's a small miracle!

It looks like it would definitely benefit from some heavier lipos. Those must be some powerful little 1000mAh packs:eek:

Nice vid.:thumbup1:
Your lipo temps from the first run were too hot at 136. You might consider running less than 4 mins to keep your packs at 120 or less. What packs are they BTW?

yeah im glad i brought it in to check the temps i think it got that hot that quick because i made an adapter to run one big single battery pak thats just until my polyquest get here from rclipos this pak in the video are called zippy 4s1p 4800mah 25c from hobbycity i like them i think they were 65 bucks a piece this weekend im gonna buy m445 and m645 but not to run long just a couple up and down i need to buy a gps to see what the different speeds are.

well i went out and bought a radar gun so i can tell the speeds im going i took my ul-1 out to the lake avg. speed was 44-45 and one 46mph pass thats with a 440/3 and i also got my poly rc 2 2s1p 25c 5100 lipos yesterday i will try them tommarrow they both fell lighter than the 1 4s1p pak im using now so we will see what happens oh i will also get some video too
