I have a broken part on my tablesaw fence that is not available. Could anyone with a lathe make me a couple of them out of PTFE? They measure 15/16 diameter are 7/17 wide and the hole in the center is .265.

Jim are you talking about the roller white roller?
does it take any stress/load?
I might be able to get you something off of my 3D printer. Can we improve by adding bearings?
Either way I need OD, ID, and Width

Yes the white bearing. It just holds the back end of the saw fence up and rolls on a piece of Angle iron. The diameter is 15/16 th's width is 7/16th's and the hole is .625

It may have worn/shrunk over the years from an original size of 1" x 1/2". If so one of these should work:

Thanks Mike but I dont see anything there that I could drill out the hole to 17/64 without messing up an expensive roller.
