Not sure what I am looking for, what I have is a small brushless motor BM2408-21 from a airplane with a 25 amp speed contol. This sucker has a lot of power, runs on a small lipo I got with the plane. Dont ask where the plane is because I crashed the hell out of it...hehhe Anyway I have no idea where I want to go with this but am looking for a nice tiny light hull to try to build something. I dont know 12 -16 inches maybe. If you have something laying around gathering dust and would like to see it running let me know

Get a Renegade rigger (http://www.bizingo.com/m/Renegade%20Riggers/default.asp)
Very fast, small and light weight.

Well that is prob a good choice exept not looking to spend anywere near 90 bucks... Here is the motor, I am wondering if 1400 RMP will be enough. http://www.xheli.com/bmoubrmo.html

That motor will move the renegade, but not to it's potential. If you're not wanting to spend too much money, you'll have to build something yourself.
DL these plans (http://www.modelpowerboat.com/RC_Boat_Plans/p13_sectionid/3/p13_fileid/18), print them out to the size you want to build (12" - 16") then build it out of depron and balsa like the renegade.

Diago, I am not looking to buy something new, not something along those lines either. Something someone may have, something like a V or a tiny cat, or something like that. Thanks for all you suggestions, if you have a boat for me to consider post a pic but I can search the web for new things, just not looking for that. Thanks for the ideas
