Just want to say thanks to Randy and Terry both. They took it upon themselves to ask the FE community what they could offer that might be successful. As a result, we have 11 electric classes to choose from.

I know a number of us from MMEU had this on the the travel list and are already planning. The fellas from NY are planning on being there. They have a local FE presence too. Then if you own more than one fuel sourced boat they have that too. So if you've ever thought about traveling to a race, just do it. This group gets it like Atlanta does. Fun matters. Just pack yer crap up, get in the car, and get there. Come have fun with the rest of us idiots.

We try to keep this race FUN & FAIR. Our FE family is a big part of the CAN-AM and we are thankful that you support the event. Two thumbs up!!!

Park entrance fees have increased this year to C$15 per vehicle per day including one occupant and C$5 for each additional occupant.

They have offered us a discount through a token system, a straight C$15 per vehicle per day, no charge for extra occupants.

Tokens are C$15 each and are good for one vehicle per day, you will get them when you first arrive at the park.

To purchase please PayPal as a gift in Canadian funds (or EMT in Canada) your order to me at: [email protected]

            Deadline is August 1st.

Of course if you are camping there are no additional park fees.

Ugh. I could say something about them being greedy but they do kinda let us take over one of their ponds. Is what it is.

Yup. All the "Conservation Authorities" around here (parks) have had to become self sufficient in the past few years I'm told.

Fifteen bucks for the day is still a pretty good deal for a family, especially if Mom and the kids don't want to hang around the boats all day.

They are privatizing almos5 everything these days. It does keep out some of the riff raff though... I always managed to sneak in and for free a few times. That’s just because my friend one exit down lends me his yearly pass.

The restaurant is under new management, it's now called "Limani" and has a Greek flair. Food looks really good. We haven't talked about discount coupons yet but I'm sure they'll do something for us.

Good news. The new restaurant owners have given us $10 off coupons like before, hopefully we can get a group together for dinner on Saturday night!

There is now another hotel option. A brand new SANDMAN Hotel just opened across the street from the Quality Inn on Centennial Parkway. Rooms start around $110 Cdn.

Up to 120 now. I’m sure more of the FE guys will be registering after this weekends IMPBA FE Nationals.

We are close to the 150 mark for registration. Classes are filling in nicely. Could use some more FE entries to round things out. Each class needs a minimum of 5 boats registered to race. If you haven’t signed up yet, please do ASAP as we have to order trophies soon. Thanks guys.
