Which Password Manager Do you use?

I want to start using a password manager but not really sure which one to use. if you use one whoch one and why do you like it?

I just set up LastPass for my mom. Its free for a single device, and the subscription fee only applies if you want to use it on multiple devices. She was treating it as more of a digital, secure notebook to store passwords, but it can autofill login fields if setup accordingly.
