Steven, or anyone else

What are the gains of adding these new Cap Banks to the Etti 150 ESC? In what instances should I consider it?

Its to protect the esc by smoothing out the voltage spikes. Racers are saying that lots of times the stock caps are becoming fatigued to quickly. The caps can be added to any esc.

Thanks Steven. Why so many (10x) caps? It makes the whole ESC installation look rather clumsy, unfortunately...

Ah, the old looks versus performance debate

I actually have one of the boards. It looks great. Very well executed and it is smaller than you think. (2" x 1.25"). It is also covered with the same conformal coating as their Etti 150 amp ESC.

I will be putting it on that 150 amp ESC going into a new P mono with a 1521/1.5D.

Please post a pic of your installation in the hull, if possible.

Once I have an installation I surely will.
