Hi everyone I am working on a new Traxxas M41 doing the much needed upgrades so far Hot racing cooling jacket, dual pickup rudder, high power flex shaft, Seaking 180 and a few other goodies. Now its down to the prop, the stock prop is a plastic 42mm x59mm which = 3.82 total pitch so as I am finding out the CNC upgrade props are suppose to make the boat faster but if I do the math on these props like 42x1.4 =2.31 total and a 42x1.9 =3.1 total pitch these numbers are lower so how does that make the boat faster??? does the plastic flex that much that total pitch is reduced under a load?????:confused1::help:

Thanks Dasboata I knew about the 2.33 part I'm just not understanding how less pitch means more speed usually that means less speed. I already have the CNC 42x1.4 , a 42x1.6 detonged and a 42x1.9 all CNC got $60 wrapped up in these guess they could just sit in the parts box lol. What did you mean by one of your X642 ???? You a prop dealer where can I view?? any other info on it???
