Help Needed: FS-GT3B throttle/steering mix after firmware update 6.1

All, has anybody used the gt3b after the firmware update to mix the throttle with the steering? I’m looking to get a reduced throttle as I put rudder in. Seems like I’m seeing just dual esc, but I’m thinking it’s been used as I described above. Any help or info feeds would be greatly appreciated!

It is in Spanish but you may want to help.
But I understood that the steering and accelerator channels could not be mixed.
Update the radio a while ago but never devote the necessary time to learn its new functions.

See last message on page 5.

""This time, designed for those vehicles that use motors and variators to turn. That is to say, for systems of chains type tanks or twin-engine boats without rudder:""

It’s a great radio, but I’ve tried every combo of dual ESC, DIG and 4WS. It just won’t mix the rudder/throttle as desired. I even came up with a hack to put a pot on Chan3, it’s currently tied to the throttle trigger pot. I thought that by making it a linear input that the behavior would be different, but that didn’t happen.

So, I ordered a tiny PCB that mixes throttle/rudder for dual ESC control. It’s for tanks and two-engine boats. It has an adjusting pot on it to set the span on the mix. I’m only going to use one of the motor control outputs. I’ll put a post up after the board comes in and report how it works. BTW, I’m keeping the GT3B and have additional receivers to outfit my other hulls.

Thanks for the leads, but my Espanol is “no bueno”, lol!

I really wish that PSX (the original author of firmware 0.6.1) would have defined all of his symbols. He should have done that while writing the code. There’s so much in there that nobody really knows, it’s a shame it’s not being utilized to the degree it could be. The car guys are all over this, but most don’t share and use the ambiguity as a competitive advantage.
