Proboat ul-19 versus Blackjack 29 V3

I have a Blackjack 29 V3 Leopard 2000kv 4082 running 4s how should the stock UL-19 compare. Right now the Blackjack is quite a bit faster that the UL-19. I'm new to Hydros so I know there will be tweaking to get it right. Just wondering if all things are equal which should be the faster boat ?
