I would be interested, but our Snap-on guy never shows up anymore to our dealership.

Yea I had that trouble before, I would sometimes follow them and take care of issue's that way. Hopefully for you, you get a new dealer soon.

Worst case is you call Snap On customer service, they yell at the field rep and than the field rep makes his way out to you -- he has no choice. Than next thing you know you see a dealer every week.
