Do you Know the builder of this 1/10th Scale?

Does anyone recognize this boat? It is a 1/10th scale that was brand mew and sold on ebay. the buyer thinks the builder was from Michigan. I am thinking of buying it and would like to talk to the builder.
Any Help would be appreciated.
