I've had numerous people on here pm me and ask how to, and where to get the stuff for the way I seal my hatches. As you all know, I hate tape and I had to come up with a way to free myself from it. After being proven for over two years now, I feel confident this method is superior to anything else provided you install it correctly. If you need any tips or have any questions after you buy one of these kits, feel free to pm me. This isn't making me much money, I'm only doing this as a courtesy for you guys (and I'm getting tired of sending links of where to buy all this stuff from lol) as a convenience to you, so please don't try to Jew me down on the price. I think it's pretty fair considering how much all this stuff costs me. The hatch bolts alone are over 3 bucks each. Anyway, this is for:

***********heres a how to I put together for you guys. http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/showthread.php?55417-My-hatch-bolt-method-step-by-step&p=669904#post669904 ***********

(4) stainless 8-32 knurled thumbscrews with 1" long thread. Cut shorter if you need to. I can order shorter ones if requested.
(4) rubber washers that go under the thumb screws
(4) o rings that you slip on the threaded part of the screw to keep them from falling out your hatch
(4) steel threaded t nuts that you jb weld under your hatch lip. I can provide stainless ones for $5 more if requested
5ft of high quality hatch seal. I've used this stuff for quite a while and it's very nice stuff. Curves easily. Does not peel up. Water proof. And lasts.

I'll sell the whole kit for $30 shipped in the U.S. And add $5 if you want stainless t nuts. I recommend a touch of anti seize every so often when screwing stainless into stainless. If you need higher quantities of anything, I can accommodate.

Did you receive my PP payment?

Yes I did. Thx. I pre packed everyone's stuff over the weekend with what parts I have. A couple are going out this evening. I have more parts arriving today or tomorrow.....I wasn't prepared for them to sell this fast! It's ok, I have plenty of everything except the hatch bolts...they are expensive so I only had about 16 on hand but with the sales I've made I ordered a bunch more to have on hand for more kits. I'll pm each of you tracking numbers as your stuff goes out. Once again, thank fellas.

Hey, why not flooded stuffing tube kits?
What do you use to seal between stuffing and flood tube?

Funny thing is I've made a couple for people that asked me to. Too much work to make though really. This is what I do.

What dat shiny thing?

Dis? It's a aluminum fitting I machine to be epoxied into the flood tube. Then another carbon tube is epoxied in the center and then the brass is siliconed into it.

Let's get back on track.....your welcome to text me anytime Jesse

Ok guys, just wanted to let you know I have a new option that will be available once they come in. I have some brass thumbscrews on order. What does this mean? Well you will now have to apply any kind of antiseize to the threads when you use the stainless t nuts. Because most of you may not want gold colored thumb screws on your boat they head will be powder coated satin black. I'll post pics when they come in.
