dead or not hoobywing 120a v3

hi i have hobbywing 120a v3 everything was fine one day i ran it and today i run it again and all wire melted ran the same batterie before for season and now i see led flash wen i try to program it with the program card and wont program any more not sure what the problem but almost look like it dead and is there a way to fix it warrenty is done
